Pulusu Recipe

Athamma’s Kitchen Pulusu paste 300 grams

1 cup water

4 Boiled eggs or any cooked vegetable of your choice (Brinjal, Drumsticks, potato,etc)

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Step 1: In a pan, on medium heat, add 1 cup of water and empty the content from Ahamma’s Kitchen Pulusu paste pack to the pan. Add the boiled eggs or vegetables of your choice and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add salt to taste and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander and serve it hot with hot cooked rice.
